  • How to cook
    1. Fry the frozen ebi tempura for 1-2 minutes and then flip it over to fry the other side for another 1-2 minutes
    2. Make sure that the ebi tempura is crispy (but not browned and charred)
    3. Remove the oil, drain the oil
    4. Serve it on a sheet of paper 😀
  • Pair it together with your soba and udon
