- アンデュストリエルとは、工業生産ラムという意味で、 製糖工場で砂糖(ざらめ)を精製する際に副産物として産出される「糖蜜」を発酵させて造ります。
- ほとんどのラムの原材料はこちらとなり、通常この「糖蜜」の味や香りをマスクするために、エッセンス（人工香料）やカラメル（化学色素）を使用しますが、グレイスラムのCORCORは素材の風味を生かすために、無添加・無着色に仕上げています。
