  • A famous Japanese staple, breaded Kagoshima pork cutlet and usually being fried, serve as Tonkatsu pair with rice

  • Deliver in frozen condition
  • How to prepare (approximately 5-7 minutes) :
    • Add oil in the frying pan and make sure that the oil covers half of the FROZEN pork cutlet.
    • Slowly fry over medium heat.
    • Flip over the cutlet once the frying side becomes light brown.
    • Keep the heat at medium and fry slowly to ensure even distribution of heat.
    • After frying for around 5 minutes, amp up the heat and fry it for another 1-2 minutes depending on your liking.
    • Pair it together with Katsu Sauce for better flavor!
