- ミツバはセリ科ミツバ属の多年草で、日本が原産です。
- 各地の山野にも沢山自生しており、山蕗やワラビなどと共に山菜採りで収穫できます。
- その名前の通り、葉柄の先には三枚の葉が付いています。
- 茶碗蒸のトッピングといえば三つ葉ですよね。
