  • Barrel-aged NINE LEAVES ANGEL’S HALF was created in the summer of 2013 by taking the twice-distilled rum NINE LEAVES CLEAR, and aging it in two different casks, American oak and French oak.
  • Matured through the hot summer and brutal winter in the mountains of Otsu, the finished product is a golden color, smooth and sophisticated with a sense of purity like “genshu.”
  • The flavor of oak from the two different barrels is evident on the palate

  • 暑い日本の夏と厳しい山の寒さを乗り越えたラム酒は原酒の香味、存在感をしっかりと残しながら、 それぞれの樽の特徴を引き出したものとなっており、初出荷分はナインリーヴズにとって貴重な「天使のおすそ分け」になりました。
  • そして、自然と時間の流れへの感謝の気持ちを表すのと同時に、ラム酒としては世界的にも珍しい新樽を用いた手を加えていない、そのままのシングルカスクの商品であることから「エンジェルズハーフ」と命名いたしました。
